I received this email recently about some deals going on from Royal Air Maroc. The addition of a morning flight from NYC arriving around 10pm. Nice for Casawa and Ghraba who arrive home the same day. May not be attractive for the rest if they have to take another domestic flight, most likely the next day. The second deal is a free Boston-NYC flight. Whenever I hear free I turn on my skeptical mode, because nothing is free. So if anybody knows anything else let us know. I think these are very nice steps and we should thank those in our community who have worked to push RAM to offer better deals. But I personally look forwards to price tags less than $800. I've seen people today practically fly from Boston to Madrid to Casablanca for less than $800. Some fly Boston to Madrid to Melilia for less than $800 if I'm going to the east.

Attention: News for people who fly to Morocco. (Boston to New York, New York to Boston free.)
We started a petition complaining about Royal Air Maroc in the middle of 2009. In response to our petition and complaints about service and requests for a direct flight out of Boston and Washington D.C. to and from Morocco, Royal Air Maroc is no longer charging for the flight from Boston and Washington D.C. to New York City for people flying to and from Morocco. Royal Air Maroc flights from Boston and Washington D.C. to and from Morocco will be the same price as flights from New York City to and from Morocco. This does not apply on airline promotions. The reason the airline is no longer charging for the flight to New York City is to find out how many people are flying from these cities to Morocco. If a lot of people are flying out of Boston and Washington D.C. to Morocco, Royal Air Maroc will consider having a direct flight from these cities. We would like to thank everyone who signed the petition against Royal Air Maroc to make these changes possible.

Attention: News for people who fly to Morocco.
Today I received an updated email from the new director of Royal Air Maroc in New York. He informed me starting December 17, 2010, in addition to the common priced flights from Boston, New York City, and Washington D.C. to Morocco, there will be a second flight to Morocco. The flight will operate on Thursdays and Saturdays leaving New York City at 9:00 (9H00) am. local time and arrive in Casablanca, Morocco at 9:50 (21H50) pm. local time. There are flights from Boston and Washington D.C. that will connect to this flight. The new flight is more convenient because you will leave New York City and arrive in Casablanca on the same day. Royal Air Maroc hopes our community will make the project successful.
