Finally a great Moroccan site emerged dedicated to Moroccan cuisine. It's a personal site for a Moroccan woman from Rabat, living in the US. Alia is undoubtedly a talented cook, and what intrigues me is that she makes Moroccan cooking look so easy to do. The wonderful thing about the site is that it features step by step instructional videos for each recipe. The recipe list touches on beverages, appetizers, breads, fish, meat, tajines, dessert, couscous and growing. I'm also sure you can request a recipe and probably Alia will do it.

Actually, I forgot to mention that I stumbled along Cooking with Alia in youtube a couple of days ago because she was featured on the youtube cover page! That's a great online recognition! I can only imagine she received a spike of traffic and exposure especially during the holidays when people are searching for new recipes to try.
