This was a concert that James Brown did at the Boston Garden on April 5,1968 the day after the sudden death of civil rights leader Martin Luther King,Jr. Times were still tense and the smallest of confrontations between African Americans and Whites could explode into a riot. What happened on stage in this concert will always be the golden achievement of James Brown. His ability to calm, organize and jump-start the self-esteem and pride of Blacks is clearly demonstrated here. May God Bless his Soul.

Nice video Adnane and thank you for sharing it. If I'm not rong, after the sudden death of Martin Luther King, the concert was canceled, but the city concelar of Boston rachievs a deal with James Brown about not canceling the concert( I think was paying extra money) and also to broadcast it directly on TV so they can keep as much people as they can in there houses to avoide damages in the city :Public and private properties as it happened in NY and Chicago as a strike of the death of Martin Luther King.
